Tradisi Yetzer Literatur-Literatur Rabinik Periode Bait Suci Kedua dalam Kisah Pencobaan Yesus di Padang Gurun Pada Injil Matius 4:1-11 (Suatu Kajian Intertekstual)

Kekristenan tidak dapat dipisahkan dari akar historis Yudaisme. Dalam Yudaisme, terdapat sebuah konsep, yaitu Yetzer Hara, yang cenderung mendorong manusia untuk berbuat dosa. Yetzer Hatov, yang merupakan antitesis dari Yetzer Hara, cenderung mengarahkan manusia kepada kebaikan. Namun, juga disebutkan bahwa Yetzer Hara adalah personifikasi dari Setan, entitas jahat yang juga menggoda manusia. Injil Matius menyajikan kisah tentang pencobaan Yesus oleh Setan di padang gurun (Mat. 4:1-11). Dalam kisah ini, Setan melakukan berbagai pencobaan terhadap Yesus, yang merupakan figur Mesias dan manusia seutuhnya. Injil Matius memiliki latar belakang Yahudi yang kuat dalam segala aspeknya, mulai dari penulis, audiens, hingga konteks dunia di mana Injil ini ditulis. Penelitian ini berfokus pada hubungan intertekstual antara tradisi Yetzer Hara dan Matius 4:1-11. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah hermeneutika Alkitab yang dilengkapi dengan analisis intertekstual. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penulis Injil Matius mengasimilasi secara intertekstual tradisi Yetzer untuk menceritakan kisah pencobaan Yesus di padang gurun dalam Matius 4:1-11.
